Within our household we have been having issues with spelling word practice and not having
very good luck with testing in school. Focus is by far our biggest challenge. Now with that being said, gaming is something that can be focused on in our household for hours!
With lots of searching I have finally found a couple of amazing tools that have been helping us and I think would help others as well.
Free Printable Worksheets
This amazing website lets you easily type in the weekly spelling words to create printable work sheets for your kiddo. From selecting different themes and different activities, you can even set it up to be completed online if you do not have access to a printer!
Free Customizable Games
These games can be customized with the spelling words, time limits and themes! My son loves it. This is also another great technique for the kiddos to learn how to use a key bord as well.
Customizable Word Search
With chilly days still here with us, I find my son and myself enjoying word searches. It is relaxing and can also be used as a learning tool. This site let's you customize the words within the puzzle, word find directions, and the grid size.
